Robbie Williams – Quality Manager

Robbie worked within the automotive industry for over 25 years, initially working in the quality departments before expanding into more diverse roles such as APQP Assembly Supervisor for Magna. Robbie subsequently held senior positions including General Manager becoming experienced in many aspects of operations such as HR, Project Management, Health and Safety and Quality. Qualified to HND Level, Robbie has come full circle and returned to his roots as MPE’s Quality Manager, overseeing the Quality and Health and Safety management team and ensuring MPE’s unrivalled reputation for quality is maintained.

Paula Venn – Quality Assurance Engineer

Paula has worked within client service roles for over 20 years, completing a wide range of tasks from providing advice, through to responding to queries and coordinating all required client activities. More recently, Paula transitioned into the quality control environment, first starting within engineering before progressing into a manufacturing environment where Paula has overseen documentation control and implementation, alongside completing training and auditing of processes. At MPE, Paula utilises this in depth understanding of preventing and addressing any manufacturing issues that may arise, to ensure MPE’s unparalleled quality levels are maintained.
